The Oceanic Aquarium seeks accessibility for all types of audiences - both in terms of structure (such as elevators, which allow access to all floors), as well as in terms of communication (for example, with information boards in different languages) and attitudinal (with training on accessibility being periodically carried out with the teams, to allow a routine of inclusive practices of reception and reception of the visitor). We also provide two wheelchairs, which can be retrieved free of charge, leaving an identification document at the Ticket Office. In order to receive a guide dog, we ask the dog's owner to present the documents proving the animal's training and vaccination, in addition to a PwD (Person with Disabilities) card or equivalent document.
